The Workshop of Own Business is engaged in development and manufacture of the equipment for small and average business more than 3 years.

Many businessmen have already opened the business or could diversify assortment of let out production, using our equipment. Our clients are in many regions of Ukraine and the CIS countries.

We give a close attention to changes of needs of the market and are capable to develop absolutely new equipment for performance of problems of your business or to make the non-standard equipment under drawings of the customer.

Our industrial premises are located in city with low cost of rent and the repayment of the real estate.

1000 sq. metres of industrial and office premises cost 200  dollars a month (!). So, incorporated in the price of the equipment amortization of the real estate is insignificant.

We are "a cheap labor".

For today the monthly average wages of WOB employee make 200$, for comparison average wages in city are 75$.

We've got low publicity expenses.

For promotion of the made equipment we widely use opportunities of the Internet.

We do not know what "protection of the information" is.

We do not have concepts "trade secret", "the latent development" - we do not spend time for all this bosh (and money). Instead of it we sell useful operating time, drawings etc.

WOB - the organization with low technical and engineering employees' rates.

Today 35 person works in WOB , 5 from which plus one secretary are not involved particularly in manufacture (the quantity of technical and engineering employees (TEE) is less than 20 %) but are engaged in sales, management and supply.

In WOB brigades from 2-5 people under direction of the foreman are engaged in manufacturing of separate units or units of equipment. The foreman works as well as all in a brigade. The payment depends on job and the foreman distributes the salary on performance of the certain amount of work.

For comparison on surrounding factories TEE rates are more than 40 %, in Turkey where I worked at a private factory on manufacture of shock-absorbers, the quantity of technical and engineering employees is about 35 %.

All WOB employees have a high level of motivation.
