An installation for manufacturing of air rice and others grain, working under redundant pressure, because of the appearance and sound effect at work has received the name of a gun.

Installation processes grain with sharp pressure difference. Grain (rice, corn, millet, groats …) heats up in a tight vessel, due to steam inside of a "gun" raises pressure (up to 10-12atm.) which then is sharply dumped with a special shutter, thus is distributed a clap – an explosion. As a result of the "explosion" there is an increase in volume of grains in 5-8 times.

The blown up grains (increased in volume) are applied to preparation of the products which don't need to be cooked. Besides the "gun" can be used for manufacture of well acquired mixed fodders with small volumetric weight.

Unlike popcorn devices it is possible to blow up corn of any grades in a gun, which considerably lowers the cost price of production. Manufacturing guns of other sizes is possible.

The oven on the processed oil - the cheap decision for heating industrial buildings, garages, repair trucks, greenhouses, etc.

Principle of work of an oven - exclusively economic smokeless combustion of fuel steam.

Similar ovens are applied to heat industrial buildings in Turkey , for example at Gaysan factory. To increase released heat a flue is made under an inclination and deduced vertically at height more than five meters, thus it is necessary to provide additional precautions (unlike water heating, heating of a flue is much above 100°C).

Besides industrial, machine, transformer and transmission worked out fuel, slate oil, diesel firing, oven firing and lacquer-paint waste can also be used as fuel.

Requirements to fire safety are the same as with common ovens working on coal or wood.
